Need to replace the laptop
The laptop has not worked since I bought it I had to send it to geek squad and it still doesn’t work I would like to return it and get another one that is a little bit better

Never got anything unless someone stolen my item really upset but it was cheap I’m not sure if its a scam or not!

Macbook was not fully wiped still had old admin on
Do not but from best buy, as fhe refurbished macbook I bought had the previous owners admin rights still on it. Geek Squad could not factory reset it, nor honor my return because I was 14 days past the return date 1/15/26. I will never buy from best buy, as apparently they do not do quality assurance on these refurbished devices.

Its battery discharges within a few minutes (minutes, no hours), even without being used.

A reliable, sleek laptop for everyday!
I bought my MacBook Pro in March and it’s been a big upgrade from my old HP. It runs smoothly for everything I use it for (Netflix, school, browsing, light editing). Battery life is just okay but it drains a bit if I just shut it closed, so I recommend putting it in sleep mode and keeping it charged when not in use. I love the size, backlit keyboard, and touchbar, plus it syncs perfectly with my iPhone so everything’s in one place. I did get a case, keyboard cover, and an adapter since it only has USB-C ports.
