    Got this to replace a 64GB iPad Air 4th Gen. because 64 GB is not near enough drive space today. Geek Squad refurbished is a great deal and with my trade-in it was even better. Works just as well as new and in great condition. I’ve had it for over a month and haven’t had any issues. It’s an excellent value for top tech and I would buy refurbished again.

    iPad was in good shape wouldn’t consider it great due to some fine scratches on the screen and back. Worst was the dirt that was around the rear camera. I figure a more picky person probably would have returned it instead of taking the time to wipe the whole iPad down. I won’t see the rear scratches with the case it’s in and the fine scratches on the screen disappeared with a screen protector applied. I knew upfront it was used, just wish someone would have wiped the dirt/crud off of it when checking it out before approving it for sale. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and I would probably…

    Screen is non responsive in 2 areas. In apps the links will not work. I have done all suggestions found online to resolve the issue but am fearful it might be a software problem. Now that I have everything setup and the iPad is in use it is hard to face it that it needs to be returned. Not happy with the iPad Air 5th gen geek squad approved used.

    I bought an Ipad to go along side my macbook for college and it’s great. It didn’t have any scratches and was basically brand new. The apple pencil works great with it for taking notes or graphic design class.

    I recently purchased a refurbished iPad Air (2022) from Best Buy, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with the device. It arrived in good condition, albeit without the original packaging. There are a few minor scratches on the display, but they aren’t very noticeable once the screen is on. One downside is that the iPad’s battery health is at 86%, which is lower than expected for a refurbished device. Additionally, it came with iPadOS 18 installed, which is known to have battery drain issues. After tweaking some settings, I managed to achieve a reasonable battery life for a day’s use. I also…

    Overall good value. Everything has been in great condition except the battery doesn’t hold a charge very long while in use but will sit in stand by for days at a time on a single charge.
