It is not too bad
It works as it should excep charging acts up sometimes and the volume kicks out. Have to restart it just to hear videos and stuff again.

Disappointed!! :(
The battery on this is awful. It charges fine, but then the battery doesn’t last very long at all. I assumed Best Buy would only partner with companies that verify their product and test it for things like this. I thought wrong. I will not be buying refurbished products through Best Buy again.

Bad Customer Support
The Norton Package that was a gift for this product to protect my information from Hackers and criminals will not work for an odd reason. I asked customer service to help but no one emailed me back.
