VERY DISAPPOINTING
I had to deny acceptance of what was to be my new dryer because what I was told while purchasing by the salesman and what the delivery drivers told me were two different things. IT WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. I scheduled a day of PTO for my delivery and that was a waste.

Samsung to Whirlpool
Hughly recommend, we orginallg purchased a Samsung, Geek Squad and Best Buy did everything they could to repair. We exchanged for a Whirlpool and its been the greatest, you can set with your phone, very easy touch, and it has a big drum.

Never go wrong with a whirlpool
Product was received ahead of schedule, and the team at pickup was awesome! I did not hesitate to order a whirlpool dryer again as the one it is replacing is 23 year old whirlpool with never an issue! The 21 year old whirlpool washer is still going strong also with never an issue!!!!

Nice Dryer
We didn’t need a new dryer but since we got a new washer, it seemed reasonable to go ahead and replace the 20+ year old one had to match the new washer. We had a first gen Whirlpool duet which was still working great. This one is faster and a little larger.

I feel very dissatisfied since I asked for a return of a 240v Samsung because my apartment cannot use 240v only 120v and it turned out that this one was 120v and when I received it it was 240v the same as the previous one. I recommend that you go to the store or make sure before buying it. I feel very dissatisfied since I had been waiting for the product for a day and it turns out that they made a mistake and they sent me the same one since I could have gone somewhere else or not been left waiting wasting my time. Thank you.
