I have had my new refrigerator and couldn’t be happier. Took me 2 years and 4 months to get someone to special order for me, but Best Buy delivered on the product. It was worth the wait.

Switched refrigerator to white because of delayed delivery and no range available in biscuit.

Would not buy again
In addition to having to wait 3 months, receiving a damaged refrigerator, and having a TERRIBLE experience with BB customer service trying to remedy these issues, the refrigerator is not the best. Machine is loud, lacking a meat tray/cold cut drawer, the water leaks from the ice/water dispenser and the drip tray is not made for preventing water from getting on the floor. Any time the kids use the ice or water, there is always some water on my hardwood floors that needs to be cleaned up (due to no fault of their own). Noisy
Purchased this unit in bisque 5/10/2020. Due to covid took possession on 7/26/2020. This is to be expected now days and have no issues with that. Luckily my prior refrigerator was still operating (17 years old). The quality seems good enough to me and is operating at the proper temperature. My only complaint about the unit itself is the noise that emanates from it. When running it can be heard throughout my ”smallish” home.
