Características
- Comfortable Even on Your Side The Air Wing and 3D ergonomic shape distribute pressure evenly across your ear. Ultra-soft material covers every contact point — no hard edges, no pressure points.
- Blocks the Noise That Keeps You Up Twin-Seal ear tips provide 3x stronger passive noise blocking than single-layer tips. Combined with noise-masking sounds and Smart Volume Control that adjusts to your surroundings, snoring, traffic, and household noise fade into the background.
- Up to 10 Nights of Battery Sleep mode delivers 14 hours per charge — up to 80 hours with the case. Bluetooth mode gives you 10 hours plus 55 more from the case. Charge once. Sleep for over a week.
- Stream or Switch to Sleep Mode Connect via Bluetooth 5.3 to stream music, podcasts, or meditations. Ready to sleep? Double-tap to switch to Sleep Mode and disconnect from your phone — your selected sounds keep playing.
- Fits Your Ears, Your Way Three sizes of ear wings plus a choice of Sealed or Breathable ear tips. Find the combination that works for your ears and your sleep style.
- Sleep Tracking + Personal Alarm Built-in sensors track your sleep position and movement all night. Wake up to your own selected alarm sound — without disturbing your partner.
- Smart Volume Control The volume of sleep sounds adjusts to your surroundings to mask external noise. Note: Noise masking is not active noise cancelling. It reduces sleep disruption by adding background sounds.
- Curate Your Sleep Playlist Take comfort in a fully stable connection with Bluetooth 5.3. Compose a peaceful night of sleep with a customizable sound library.
- Sleep Mode Ditch your phone before going to bed. Just double-tap the earbuds to switch to Sleep mode and fall into a deep slumber.
- Personal Alarm Start your day right with a custom personal alarm tailored to your preferences. Choose your favorite sound and set a repeating alarm cycle that gently wakes you up without disturbing your partner.
- Personalized Sleep with the soundcore App Use Tune Sounds to customize the frequency, speed, and volume of each track to create a personalized lullaby. Find Device helps you locate your Sleep A20 when it's time for bed.

small and effective
One reason I bought these is because I have small ear canals. The optional sets of tips allowed me to get a perfect fit. My need for them is to mask tinnitus AND partner snoring. After experimenting I found the best ”noise” to match my tinnitus (multiple tones). The special tinnitus section in the app was helpful but after I played with that, I found one of the other available sound loops was best. These help me get to sleep quicker. Other sounds are less noticeable. These do not have active noise cancel. I don’t wear them periodically to give my ears a break. I sleep on my side and need to…

Great for sleeping. Sound quality ok
I bought these so I could use them when lying awake in bed trying to sleep. They work much better than my Apple AirPods for this, but the sound quality is not as good as my AirPods Pro or AirPods 4.

Good till battery fades
I had to return my first pair for rapidly fading battery life. And now my second pair is the same. They start off great with about 10-11 hours of battery, more than enough for a night’s sleep. But within four or five months I can barely get five hours (same as the first pair). The irony is that I have to wake up to put my sleep buds in their case and then wait about 30-45 minutes for them to charge back up to about 50-60 percent to get me through the rest of the night. Too bad because these things really are comfortable and help with sleep—until the battery goes.

Works well
Very comfortable in the ears. Lots of choices for sounds.

Great product
These are great for sleeping. Little noise makers in your ear! They also don’t hurt or bother while sleeping.

Works great until it doesn’t
With other brands no longer making sleepbuds, I had to try out Soundcore. The first pair lasted 7 months, my second pair lasted just shy of a year. Previous brands I’ve owned would get at least 2 years out of them. Disappointing but guess it’s good that they are as expensive as other brands.

Absolute game-changer for light sleepers
These sleep earbuds are an absolute lifesaver. Unlike bulky traditional earbuds, the Sleep A20s have an ultra-low profile design that sits completely flush in your ears, making them remarkably comfortable for side-sleeping without any annoying pressure points or pain. The noise-masking features and soothing sound library block out ambient disturbances effortlessly, and the battery easily lasts through the entire night without dying. Paired with the intuitive companion app, getting deep, uninterrupted rest has never been easier. Highly recommended for anyone struggling with nighttime noise or…

No good
The reason i gave them 2 stars and not one, is because they do sound good. However they are no good to sleep with, and that’s what I bought them for. When you turn sideways the connection breaks, and you’re stuck listening to one only. I have a pair of $6 ones from Temu, that granted, sound crappy, but if you tuen sideways they both keep play .

Better than the last time.
This the second time I tried the A-20. The first time I tried these earbuds I returned it as the battery would die at about the 6 hour mark. After reading current reviews and Soundcore’s claims I bought a second set, it has lasted all night, every night since I received it without disconnecting. The only thing that is the same between the two is the case, and that’s where my one irritation falls, the case feels slick (my thumb slides over it) and it slides apart to open which makes it somewhat difficult at times to open especially at night when you cant see the case markings to properly…

After update 1.57 they are completely useless
Charge lasts 6 hours not 14. They started at 14 but the update ruined them. Soundcore support team uses bots and i have tried several times to file a warranty claim but they cannot proceed.
