Earbuds Broke – Warranty Not Honored
⭐️⭐️ I purchased these Shokz OpenDots ONE from Best Buy on March 11, 2026, for $199.99, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. First, one of the earbuds broke at the same support piece, and just a few days later, the other earbud broke in exactly the same place. Both were used normally and were not damaged from misuse. I contacted Shokz regarding the warranty, but they did not honor the warranty or provide a satisfactory solution. I have also had problems with call quality. I use a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, and the call reception is very poor. When I receive a call, the…

Lag is annoying
I got these so I could watch tv with my hubby. The lag between the tv sound and these earbuds is horrible! My cheap $19 earbuds do not have this issue and the settings on the TV are correct. I was really hoping these would work.

Great for office work
I am someone who likes music but also likes hearing things around me in public. I was skeptical that these would sound bad due to the inherent nature of the design but these are fantastic. Obviously not the sound quality of some that plugs up your whole ear, but these offer good sound while letting you hear what’s around you. These are also super comfortable, normal in ear buds make my ears hurt after about an hour but not theses!

Great while it lasted
I have had these earbuds for a year and 2 months and out of the blue, the right earbud stopped working. Since it’s been over a year and I didn’t buy warranty, I am sure I am out of luck which is very disappointing because I never thought that being ”Shokz”, that would happen. That is the only reason why I did not give them a 5-star rating.

Won’t buy any other kind of headphones
I’ve been so impressed with the sound quality. They hold charge at constant use for nearly a full day. They also work separately with one another so you can increase the battery life and the case has to be charge roughly once a month. The best part is you can still hear what is going on around you simply bc they don’t plug your ears to work. Highly recommended!

Shock
The sound quality is very good; while the audio is clear when using them hands-free, the other person doesn’t always hear you well. They are super comfortable and easy to put on—I love them. I can hear the music clearly even in noisy places.
