Great product, bad sales representation
I bought this product as open box which was fine since obviously I was trying to save some money. The product itself is great. No issues and works as expected. The problem was the representation. It was listed as ”Excellent” which according to Best Buy standards comes with original box and all accessories as if new. The sub was in a standard box that was ready to fall apart when delivered. The sub was just thrown in with a power cord and minimal packing so it was sliding around in box. While the product looked in good condition there were ”store demo” stickers all over it. Nice sound
It isn’t the best subwoofer but I really like how it integrated easily with my soundbar. Just make sure you have the soundbar remote on hand.

Subwoofer works perfect, it was new just missing manual, which is online. I would take the time to look at other used products from Best Buy I was so satisfied with my purchase.

Great addition to the soundbar. Easy to install. Makes the sound for tv , movies gaming much more fuller

Big base in a small box
It’s fairly compact, but it packs a punch! More than enough base for me, so I’m glad I can adjust the subwoofer volume with a remote as needed. It works well with the sound bar used with my Samsung TV.
