Four stars because it just works! Will you have questions trying to set it up? Absolutely! For whatever reason, KEF buries the details on how to set this up. The quick start guide packaged with it is nebulous, at best, but I did finally get the answers I was looking for in the use manual. During setup, you might be scratching your head about the mono output from the speaker (also KEF) and the stereo input on the transmitter. Do you plug the mono into left channel? Right channel? Better than expected
This is the first time applying a wireless link to my subwoofer in my home audio setup. For practical purposes, i have my receiver in the basement and was concerned whether it would connect, but it did. Now, I have flexibility in placing the subwoofer based on the room arrangement.

The Last Time I Will Trust Best Buy
Bought as open box item. The RCA cables that should have been included were not in the box when I received it. Last year, I bought some expensive speaker stands from Best Buy that were shipped without the assembly hardware. Both times, the aggravation associated with receiving an incomplete item was compounded by Best Buy’s half-assed support in getting the issue resolved.

Does what is supposed to do. No difference in sound quality compared to hardwiring subwoofer. It helps alot to find the perfect position for your subwoofer.
