Solid, sturdy
Seemed really well made, very solid. We had an issue with our wall so had to return it and buy a tabletop stand. The return process was easy. Thank you Best Buy!

Pieces missing
Package sent with missing parts. This is extremely aggravating as I paid someone to mount my tv. They opened the box right in front of me and two pieces were missing the handy man told me. This puts my tv in jeopardy of sliding off. It appears I was sent a retuned mount.

Exactly as described. Went up easily. Good product for the money.

Mounting arms may not work properly
This was the simple, aesthetically basic model we wanted, but we couldn’t get the mount up. Could not get one of the arms to lock in and click, wound up returning the item just because we were worried the TV would not be secure.

Salesman should know it was to big for tv would have shown under bottom of tv had to return and have installer come back the next night to finish installation
