quality issues
6th month review These sound amazing, Bluetooth is good, battery is decent and has limited sound customization. The problem is after 6 months of use the inner mesh grill that stop debris from entering the earbud have fallen off. You would think for a $200 earbud they would use real metal mesh instead of plastic with cheap adhesive. I email jlab customer support and got an A.I. response. You have to pay to ship the product to them and they may not even fix their product defects. You know how you find something like a t shirt and keep buying it because it fits well and you know what you’re…

Doesn’t charge half the time
Has good sound quality and a decent battery life. but the battery doesnt actually charge 50% of the time you put them in the case so knocking 3 stars off for that. I use these mostly on my PC with the dongle as well and half the time if I put them in the case and walk away for a bit when I return I need to completely restart my computer to get them to actually connect again

Good earbuds for the price
These earbuds work good for the price. The bass and volume could be a little louder, though. The case has a nice rugged build

*ALMOST* the epic lab edition
Solid all rounder from Jlab! Great sound quality out of the box along with other essential features to follow with. Battery life is the most impressive stand out probably one of the best out of an earbuds especially coming from a relatively newcomer Jlab. Battery life is rated at 12 hrs and over 50 hours with the case that also happens to include wireless charging and the case size is definitely pocketable, not Airpods thin size like but pretty close I would say. ANC and transparency are serviceable; Not bad but nothing mind blowing but they get the job done for the price tag they have. Sound…

When on sale for 99 bucks then maybe but other then that JLab will always give you JLab sound quality Your better off going with Jabra for the 199 original price tag
