It broke after 1 month of use
I bought this product when I was in the United States, but I live in Brazil. It broke after 1 month of use, the light turns yellow claiming that there is a problem. (I checked it while it was charging). Now I can’t exchange the product, because I’m in Brazil.

Post Surgery Must Have!
During my first post surgery rehab on my left shoulder, I was able to use the GameReady ice and compression device through a pilot program. I am currently rehabbing from shoulder surgery on my right shoulder and I couldn’t be happier with the Hyperice X Shoulder. It is amazing! Portable, easy to use, and you can get about two full 20 minute sessions out of a full charge. The only suggestion that I have for Hyperice is to provide physical controls as a feature in the future. Don’t want the device to be unusable if I can’t access the app.
