Trucker must have
Im a truck driver and my hips/lower back really get tight. And my sciatica gives me a nice hello often. I use this a couple times a week and I feel my sciatica flare less and my hips/lower back feel nice. If I use it daily my sciatica flare is non existent

Good but not sure where to heal, it is squeezing you but if you have a back problem , it does not help that much, also be careful about your balls since it may harm

My hips don’t lie....
Bought this for my wife and she loves it. She’s been having pain in the hips and this relieves it. I also purchased the legs as well, it’s like a recovery day at home.

I think the hips are key, this one I will travel with, does not need the controller like my older Normatec legs do, great for my lower back and butt muscles. Easy to use.

This device really works. The compression is solid im a bigger guy and fits very well battery life also great . If you dont like it return the item as I did with the shoulder contrast device
