Setup Problems
Not sure why HP forces you to use their App for install. I launched everything in the order listed and it kept taking me to a web page where it wanted me to register and pay for something. After several tries to work around this, I gave up. I went to the HP web site, downloaded the drivers (full version) and got the printer connected. It printed fine, then I tried to scan a document and kept getting scan not active message. After several attempts, I removed the printer from the system and tried to install it with the USB cable, big problem it will not let you connect that way, it just kept…

Loving it so far
I have the HP Envy 6400 for around four years and just upgraded to this one. I need to figure out the scanning feature, but so far am very happy with this. I love HP products and do not think I will buy any other brand of printer. I sign up for the monthly ink subscription and will get ink mailed to me when the printer is close to running out. So simple and easy.

Easy to set up
This is a nice printer and the quality of type is good. The best part is how easy it is to set up. It is intuitive and has clear instructions and took under 5 minutes before I was able to print.
