bad process and unclear product information
1 hour into 2nd phone call they shipped me the wrong size and the person on the first call hung up I guess accidentally, and the 2nd person asked me if I needed the 5” handle then said that they brushed bronze only comes in the color for the 18” dishwasher. Even though this is the product description for the product ”About this item Give your 24-inch Café dishwasher a new appearance with this GE handle kit. It comes with everything you need to swap its existing color with a brushed bronze handle. ” Needless to say not happy.
