I purchased the GE Profile 30” Built-In Single Electric Convection Wall Oven with Built-In Microwave (Stainless Steel) on 12/21/25 from the Fairlakes, Virginia, store. The unit looks sleek and saves space. Overall, it’s a practical and high-quality addition to my kitchen. I also want to recognize Ameen, the salesperson who assisted me. His positive attitude, professionalism, and product knowledge made the buying experience smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to answer questions and helped me choose the right model with confidence. I’m very satisfied with both the buying experience.

Over a little amount of money of a refund on six
The product were okay but the service and citi bank i would very low. Held my refund on on item in hostage and wouldn’t give it back with threats of protest with news stattions and get permits to protest in front of their store. After they knew i meant business they finally cut us a check. I spent over 9000.00 and the refund on an item was only 600.00 plus dollars. No need of thus kind of treatment from Best Buys and Citi Bank.

Happy with the purchase
I am most impressed with this oven. I especially like the true convection -- that doesn’t heat at a lower temp than displayed to keep cooking times the same as non-convection cooking. The oven lighting is excellent. You can readily see what you’re cooking.
