New Microwave
I love the look and style of the microwave. It is easy to operate and I like that it cues you to complete a function. I miss and wish it had an option for warming rice. (Which was offered on my previous GE Profile )

Tried to pass off an open box item.
Had this delivered, when I open box found all mounting hardware missing and exhaust fan filters also missing. I looked closer at the box it had been resealed with inspected by Best Buy tape. I was delivered an open box item. I’m a total rewards member I would better than this.

Perfect Replacement
Purchased this to replace my older model Whirlpool Gold above range microwave and it is perfect. I love all the features and the larger capacity. Installation was quick and easy and the functionality does not disappoint. Perfect replacement! Highly recommend.

Great features
Lots of great features but it is a bit noisy especially as it starts up. Except for that I love it. Easy to operate. It does a great job of replacing an exhaust fan, cooks food evenly.

Nice little microwave, fits in well under cabinet
It’s a great microwave - both look and price. My husband doesn’t like how sensitive it is to touch.. you need to press hard to set the timer, etc.

Terrible job of heating food. Cannot easily increase power level. Exchange microwave for different brand.
