GE Profile 2.1 Cu Over the Range Microwave
We have had our GE Profile 2.1 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave for about two weeks, and we are very pleased with it so far. It has a sleek, modern appearance, is easy to use, and works very well. It is a great addition to our kitchen.

Smart Looking Microwave
We love the look of our new microwave and are impressed with the way it works. So far, we have nothing negative to report. It functions as we would expect a microwave to function and we love the electronics on the front.

Incredibly Disappointed. Last straw for GE
I bought this to replace my previous GE Profile microwave that died after 5 years. I expected this would be the same model. Both GE Profille. The only thing similar was the price. The new model is cheaper in every way. It’s smaller, weaker, fan is worse, glass is smaller. It feels cheaper in every way. I only bought it because expected a direct replacement, which is was not. The size and mounting points were different. I would have bought a different brand and will never purchase GE again. My GE washer just died at 13 months (1 month out of warranty). Never again GE!

Broiler comes on by itself with oven OFF
6 months in and the broiler comes on its own, throwing an overheating code (indicating it is over 600 degrees). Ridiculous

GE Microwave
The microwave itself works well. However, GE needs to standardize the mounting patterns based on microwave size. This is the newer version of what I had and the mounting holes did not align forcing more holes into my cabinet.

samsung crapped the bed after only 3 years
so far so good replaced a Samsung that was only 3 years old also bought at best buy

Dear Best Buy Team, I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent purchase of the GE Profile - 2.1 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave. The staff at the store were very friendly and helpful, even assisting me by placing the item directly into my car. I was able to install the unit myself quite easily, and it is working exactly as expected. Thank you for the great service and product.

Elegant and sleek look just as advertised.
Elegant and sleek look. Was hesitant about the door opening so wide but once you get used to it, it is not at all a concern. The vent is excellent and honestly the best feature of the microwave with 4 speed. The only con would be that the microwave makes a wired loud noise when it is in operation for the first time you use it, thereafter it is fine. But overall very satisfied.

Beautiful microwave
Worked as it should. Bought it to replace the same model by the original owner. Note that the new one’s wall plate was different from 2019 (old one manufactured date). Hopefully the new one will last longer.
