Needed new remote.
[Employee of bestbuy] My other remote broke. Needed new. Best Buy always has what in need for tech.

Works well for a few years.
If you have used this product before, you will get what you expect. It works as it is supposed to without any problems. My previous one totally malfunctioned after a few years of use. It could not be revived even with new batteries. If you use DirecTV receivers you should get this. It is probably the easiest way.

Great to have found a replacement and not have to wait. Quick and easy setup.

Nice remote!
We had an old one where the buttons were worn off and didn’t work when pushing them. The new remote works great, don’t have to push hard to get it to work and looks much nicer!

[Employee of bestbuy] Apparently my dogs needed the remote for a chew toy more than I needed it to contol the tv. I have about 3 or 4 best buys around me and all but 1 had 0 in stock so I am really happy at least one had some available. Its the same one I originally ad so im glad i dont need to relearn

I had to get two remote control replacements for my Direct tvs, and since they weren’t in stock at several Best Buys, it had to be special ordered. I picked up the replacements a few day later. Everyone at Best Buy was very helpful at each step!

Best Buy has cheaper price than Direct TV
After many years my controller broke and Direct TV wanted to sell me a new one. I got the same product from Best Buy at a cheaper price. To heck with Direct TV
