Looks good, works well
I like that it is mostly glass but I wish the filter was metal not plastic. It’s a little big for the volume of coffee that it makes, (due to the cone shaped filter) but it works well and makes a good cup of coffee. Easy to use and clean.

Works well so far
Time will tell but so far it’s nice, I like the simple design design vs typical coffee machines. I replaced the plastic filter holder with a stainless steel one and it still works just fine, the click sound while it brews is pretty loud but personally I don’t mind. Makes a good cup of coffee.

Nice one
Two years later still a great coffee maker. The price was more than the simple ones, however, coffee tastes great. Once every 3-4 months you need to de-scale it. After a year it developed more beeps (???), that didn’t change the use tho.

Cheap product.
Seemed to be a great coffee maker but once I received it, I had to return due to being so cheaply made. Not worth the price.

Really wanted to like this
I was pleased to find a simple, no-frills coffee maker that heats water to the proper temperature for best extraction. I only had one problem with the machine. During the brew cycle I would hear a loud click and the flow would stop. This would happen a few times each cycle. I first thought the carafe was not holding the safety switch in, so I held the carafe in place but that did not help. It would take 10 to 12 minutes to brew 16 ounces of coffee. Sometimes it would beep to indicate the cycle was complete and sometimes not. I am very disappointed with the performance of the machine.
