Made great coffee drinks but quit working
The machine was easy to use. Made great coffee. Would have kept it but it quit working after the first week. They did not have one to exchange when I returned it. Otherwise would have loved to exchange it.

poor quality of the part
I used the machine less than 20 times within two months of purchase. I am not sure if it will be okay for me to use the machine based on these pictures. I need to make sure that what goes inside my body would not jeopardize my health. The machine works fine, though.

Meh coffee machine
At the beginning it was great, only after a few months it stopped working for the double espresso, which is the one I mostly used before work.

Good Machine
I bought this espresso machine for work and have been using it for about a month. So far, it has been working great! The frothing option works really well, and cleanup is easy. I also really like the touchscreen, it makes the machine simple and convenient to use. The only reason I gave this machine 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is somewhat noisy while in use. Overall, I think this is a great machine for anyone who is just starting to experiment with espresso, lattes, or cappuccinos. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and produces good results.

Disappointed in Best Buy not the product
I purchased a Bella Pro Barista Elite as a college gift for my daughter. On move-in day, while unpacking the machine, we discovered that the water tank was damaged and unusable right out of the box. My first step was to contact Best Buy customer service. Unfortunately, after waiting on hold for more than 45 minutes without receiving assistance, I decided to visit the Best Buy store nearest my daughter’s apartment to resolve the issue in person. When I arrived, I was informed that the original color I purchased was unavailable, but another color was in stock. However, I was also told that…
