An excellent value. This is my first refurbished product purchase and it exceeded my expectations. Only a small cosmetic blem on the cover would suggest it wasn’t brand new.

Fantastic keyboard that does not require Bluetooth
This was a replacement for one that I wore out. It was listed as “refurbished”. It arrived in record time, in perfect condition and works perfectly!! So thankful to the employee who told me I could find it on your website when it was not in the store!

Wrong item sent. (And it was filthy)
I received the wrong item. A later smart keyboard that won’t work with an iPad 8th Gen. In addition it was filthy. I returned it a month ago using a Best Buy return label and have not yet received a refund. I am working with customer support on resolving this.

Such a great deal and both were in excellent condition that i ordered. Get one of these or two while you can at this price. Definitely elevates the iPad experience! :)

BAD PRODUCT
Very poor quality product! Barely compatible and works with my gen8 ipad. Not at all happy! First time a really bad experience with Bestbuy product in a long term relation of almost 5 years.
