I was really nervous about purchasing this laptop because I have already have one and only wanted a smaller one. However the laptop is in excellent condition. Runs fast the same as my other one. It came with a charger and block. This is a great size laptop for me as a nursing student. And it’s compatible with my school resources. The laptop came updated. No scratches it looks like someone bought it and didn’t want it so they took it back you can not tell this laptop had a previous owner. This is a highly recommend for me!

Slow and steady will not win this race.
I use the computer for school, mostly research, canva, and writing. It runs more or less but is a little on the slower side. Slow enough for me to be inconvenienced. I’m not confident i’d by a used mac again, it doesn’t run well enough for what I paid. It also came very dirty and there was this sticky goo preventing me from even opening the laptop. Upsetting but what can you really do at the end of the day.

Best Buy has the best overall service of any business I have used for purchasing. Their customer service is top of the line!! They are helpful, prompt in getting back to you and very customer friendly. Their website is user friendly and for someone who is 78 years of age, that speaks volumes!! I would recommend them to everyone.

Sold me a lemon
Came in by u p s excited to get my new computer it looks brand new, so it should work right? Nope, won’t even turn on. I let it charge. I believe it’s charging. I looked online, it turns out you turn it on just by opening the lid, which i’ve done many of times lol it said, if that doesn’t work, press the touch I. D did that still nothing works
