Very solid condition
This iPad was exactly as described - in good shape, battery lasts a while, camera solid. A few small scratches/cracks in screen were disappointing but not entirely unexpected.

Ipad pro 12
The iPad has no detail, excellent for the kind of work I do. I would recommend this type of product because it is the same as buying it new and for a small price. I use it in my construction work to read plans, and the iPad works more than excellent. I did not like that it did not come in the original box, but there is nothing to demand for the price at which I buy it, it came with the original charger and that is more than good.

Refurbished Purchase
I ordered a refurbished 12.9 iPad due to not being able to find a new one. The first one I received was dinged up and the carrier was locked so I was unable to add to my cell phone provider. Returned it and ordered a second one that thankfully was not locked by a carrier but there were burn marks on the screen. The marks do not affect what I am using it for, but it was a bummer that I got two duds in a row.

I just received mine.. i was a little worried bcus this was the first time buying refurbished.. and esp an electronic item…i was pleasantly surprised to receive it in excellent condition.. it had a cord in it and was fully charged.. easy to connect with my phone .. i returned the wifi model i had bought and when best buy opened up that model i saw there was a insignia plug in the box and realized i didnt receive a plug in my box for my cellular version .. i let the mgr kno at the store and was given a plug with no questions asked.. thank u best buy
