Received the wrong item
Ordered this refurbished iPad Air Gen 5 with 256GB of storage, waited almost two weeks, and was sent one that only had 64GB. I called and was told they’d be able to replace it in store, but once I got to the store they said they didn’t have that model and my only option was to return it. They weren’t able to exchange or re-order from a different store for me right there, or offer me any kind of discount. Really frustrating- I thought Best Buy would do better than making a mistake like this.
