Worked well until it didn’t.
Worked throughout the warranty period and then one day we came home and it would not boot. Not sure if it was a lemon or if there are other issues with this manufacturer.

Beautiful Frame
We have 3 identical frames for our family. Ease to upload the pictures from anywhere. Our friend saw our frame & he bought one for his mom.

Good for displaying family photos
Good for displaying family photos for my elderly parents. They can’t really operate it, but I set it up for them and add photos of my family periodically.

What a wonderful way to share all the pictures that have been trapped on our phones. Everyone loves sending pictures to add to our collection!

not working after 1 year. grey screen, returning to manufacturer.

It’s ok but not great.
The interface isn’t great, the ability to organize pictures and documentation could be better, and it failed about 10 months after purchasing it. There is very little self help info on the manufacturers website or manual, so we will call them tomorrow because Best Buy said they will charge us to look at it and send it back even though it has a warranty for parts and labor. In terms if organizing the ability to have folders is great, but we can’t find a way to move pictures to folders in bulk. A web interface similar to windows folders would be great. Maybe we’re missing some functionality but…

Didn’t work took back to the local Best Buy store, and they it a market place purchase or third party and I would have send back to Aluratek. I purchased one for my that worked fine, so I purchased one for our daughter. Her husband tried to get it work without any luck. How Best Buy tells me it’s my problem they can nt exchange it. They told me I have to box it and send back Aluratek even thou I purchased it from there web site. I told the store manager I guess to shop at Amazon. He said what ever. I have purchased thousand of dollars from Best Buy through the years a good way to drive…
