An Excellent Investment!
This oven is amazing! I’m so happy to have made an investment in an appliance that cooks evenly and perfectly. The probe feature is especially helpful when cooking large roasts.

Upgrade Replacement
Replaced a double over by Wolf and fit very nicely with little modifications to cabnet. Quality is excellent and design is much better than prior unit. Highly recommend.

Worst Buy
This is the last time I will make a purchase from Best Buy. We have been loyal customers for years and have bought most of our kitchen and home appliances from this company. Never again. We purchased a high end Viking oven with French doors 3 1/2 years ago. The first oven had to be replaced because they couldn’t calibrate the heat properly. After 3 years, the porcelain interior on the second oven was peeling off and burnt, to the point that I could no longer use the bottom oven. It smelled like the self-cleaning cycle when turned on and was excessively hot. I was also afraid the top oven was…

Viking needs to step up their game
I have had the double wall oven with the french doors on top as well as the 6burner w/griddle, dishwasher and nugget ice machine for almost a year now. although they are very nice units, if i were to do it all over again i would not spend the money for the ”Viking” ovens i dont believe they are worth the 12K. I love the french door look but it takes at least 30min to heat up, and you still need to watch your cook times they will be shorter than recommended times on packages. I have messed up a lot of food because of this.. The bottom oven had loose wire issues that took a couple months to…

Terrific - Viking 7 Series Double Wall Oven
OMG! My wife and I love this double oven. We got it for the French doors, and we were not disappointed. This oven heats up faster than our toaster oven or air fryer. It is very reliable for temperature cooking and baking. Our only disappointment is that for the $$ we would have expected the controls to be able to come with an app . . . and be able to work with Alexa. Almost every item in our house can be controlled by an app and/or Alexa. Great oven, but it seems like Viking is behind the times on this.
