Sound is good work in a body shop with loud tools and I can hear my music good, although mic isn’t as clear while on the phone

I am on my third set of these with the warranty they keep breaking the charging port stops charging I don’t use it excessively it just keeps breaking everything from Best buy breaks that I buy I don’t even know why I keep coming back
