Customer reviews

• Samsung Pedestal

The 1st one came in severly damaged. A new pedestal had to be delivered due to damage. The men that delivered totally disconnected they dryer from the vent. I had to move the dryer by myself, climb behind it and reconnect it. Plus they left their open box cutter under some towels that were on my washer. Not happy with delivery guys number 2

• Samsung Bespoke front loader pedestal review

This was a much needed purchase to raise the height of our front loader Samsung washer. Solid pedestal. Has the bottom drawer for supplies. Happy I bought this.

• Poor Customer Service

Each person kept transferring to different departments with different issues. I finally gave up and I am returning this product when I get a chance to stop by the store. The process of trying to…

• Super necesary

It’s simple and better for the back. The technicians were super nice and help us a lot. I suggest that spend on those once you buy your dryer or washer are the best.

• Nice addition to the washer and dryer

Great Pedestal - Little difficult to lift a heavy unit on this but was able to get it done.

• Install/Schedule nightmare

I’m sure they are great when you can get them installed. Scheduling with Best Buy to get things installed is ridiculous. God forbid you have a bundle and have to split the stands up to have them delivered later.
