This Oven is Perfect for Me!
I love the convection and air fryer features in this oven. Everything I cook on convection comes out so evenly cooked, and a little quicker. The air fryer crisps up nice with less oil, and I reduce the temp about 50 degrees. I don’t use the smart features, not my generation.

Wonderful oven
I absolutely love this purchase, I haven’t used the air fryer setting yet but will soon. I love I can turn it on and set it from my phone.

Very bad experience.
You can’t call the local Best Buy. You get a ”national” number and judging by all the Filipino accents, that office is in the Philippines. On two occasions the locals told us they would call us back and never did. The appointment to install was weeks out and they cancelled the night before. The next appointment we could get was also weeks out. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with Best Buy. I’m done ever shopping there again.

Generally Very Good Ovens
Positives: These beautiful ovens reach the assigned temp in record times. I like the Bluetooth notifications. They bake accurately and are easy to operate. Negatives: The oven surfaces are prone to retaining fingerprints, even on the controls. The Timer Alerts are very low and you cannot change the sound. Also, there is only one timer, so if you are using both ovens, you are SOL.

Beautiful ovens at a reasonable price
Nice design. Easy to use. Like the different baking options (Bake, Convect, Airfry). I do wish it had two separate timers, not just one.
