Best Dishwasher
The best dishwasher I have ever used! The unit is quite, cleans exceptionally well, and drys all the water normally left behind by other dishwashers I have had! High quality materials were used in making this dishwasher! Many features that illustrate the details that went into designing this unit! My only suggestion is that the silverware basket handle be angled in slight so as not to rub on the gasket when sliding the lower tray in! I replaced a new Thermador that came with the house and am glad I did! This dishwasher cleans better and dries better, and we did follow the recommended…

Great upgrade to our home
My wife has been VERY happy with this dishwasher. It has easy to use controls, connects to our wifi so we can see when it is complete - or start it remotely - and it gets the dishes clean. The 3rd rack is a great addition that we have not had before and it works great for small items.

Never Again... Do your Research!!!!
After 3 months I had the swing arm melt on the heating element. Woke up in the middle of the night to a burning smell. Do your research and apparently this is a huge issue. It looks like there was never a rear element support put on from the factory causing the element to warp. Then it hits the bottom spray arm. I wish I could just return this as it was a top of the line purchase and it only lasted 3 months.

Never second guess a purchase to save money!
The best part about this dishwasher is it is super quiet. We have an open kitchen-family room area and the only way to tell dishwasher is running is to see if the small light on the front of the door is glowing. Sadly, that’s about the only positive thing I can say about it. 1. The construction is very flimsy, for lack of a better term. The door seems to flex when opening and closing and often won’t lock until all 3 racks are pulled out and pushed back into place. 2. The racks aren’t nearly as adjustable and usable as other dishwashers I’ve owned . Forget about putting stemware on the middle…

stay away - went bad right after 1 year warranty
Worked well for a year, i.e. during the warranty period. Right after, the UI display would flicker a few times and then turn off, so no way to run the wash cycle. Bodewell (GE Profile’s support) sent a mechanic that said that the UI panel and the motherboard needs changing. Cost $750!! If you search online, this is a commonly observed problem with this dishwasher, yet there is no acknowledgement and help from the manufacturer. I had bought this expensive dishwasher, thinking it is top of the line but now I wish I had not bought this!
