Only lasted a year and a half
Worked ok for 1.5yrs and then all the sudden both drawers wouldn’t work.

This is the prefect type of dishwasher since it has two compartments which make it perfect for small daily loads for a small family usage.

Dishwasher works great, Installers damaged cabinets during install though. The buying experience, delivery(late), and support has been horrible. Buy local. No one in the store can help after the sale its just call 1-800-

You can not use pods or liquid detergent in this dishwasher! only powder (it is like we live in 1970’s) You need to use a rinse aid in the compartment that is very poorly accessible. No lights anywhere to indicate where you are in the cycle, unless you open it. It does not start by itself when you open it, you have to press start again. Even my 25 year old dishwasher had that feature. Normal cycle takes 2 hours to complete! No manual comes with it, you think for a machine this expensive you should get some information. The water collects and remains in the bottom dishwasher, and stinks over…

Beautiful and great design!
I love the design and the fact that you can have two separate dish washers specially for small loads, this is a great solution. It takes some time getting use to it, as it does not have any indicators that is running and because the noise is almost nothing you have to get really close to check if it’s running.

Broke within first year, the cafe line has been nothing but a hassle. Replaced entire unit.

Don’t waste your hard earned money
From the moment I got it, it was problematic. It would stop working, didn’t wash well, had problem after problem till the 13th month of owning it that it completely stopped working only to find out the motherboard stopped working and since my warranty ended the 12th month it was going to cost (with discounts) $900 to fix. I’m so disappointed because it’s absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful and easy to load and unload.
I have had this dishwasher for 6 months and I love it. It cleans my dishes as expected and I love the convenience of a drawer rather than a door on this appliance.

Needs better instructions
Would give it 5 stars, if I could work it better...had to download directions-this one is a bit different from any other that I have had....directions are a bit vague-sometimes it does what I think, othere times not. Cleans really well, must use premium detergent. Sooooo quiet!! And beautiful!!
