Basically new
Mine showed up in basically perfect condition, it has the slightest ding on 3/4 corners but I honestly dont care it’s so small. Screen was factory and battery only had 32 cycles on it.

Refurbished Latop in Great Condition
I needed a laptop but didn’t want to pay the high cost for a brand new one. Decided to settle for this refurbished Macbook Air and it was the best decision. Not only did I save money, but the laptop arrived and it is like a brand new computer! In great condition cosmetically and operationally. We are using this to help with standard business tasks, and it has been a tremendous computer so far!

It was ok
Exccellent equipment, they just sent the wrong charger, and had to go in twice to get the correct one. Could go better in customer support, since I was out of the country and needed a reimbursement or a gift card to replace the spend in my country and they said no since it was a refurbished. But finally I got the correct adapter and charger
