This page covers TVs fulfilled by Best Buy. Smaller TVs ship to you; larger TVs are delivered to your home on a scheduled day.

What home delivery includes
- The TV is brought into the room you choose, up to three flights of stairs or any floor with a working elevator.
- If there are more than three flights, no working elevator, or a risk of damage getting it inside, it is left at your door.
- The TV stays in its box. Unboxing and setup aren't part of standard delivery — add them as a service on the product page.
Add-on services
You can add these on the product page, priced there before you buy:
- Wall mounting, with or without hiding the cables
- Unboxing and setup
- Taking away your old TV for recycling
Installation may be scheduled as a separate visit.
Before delivery day
- An adult must be home to sign — 18 or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska).
- Clear a path from the door to where the TV is going.
- If an old TV is being taken away, unmount and disconnect it before the team arrives.
Not included
Home delivery of a boxed TV as described above doesn't apply to outlet, open-box or clearance TVs.
