Sounds as beautiful as it looks.
I fell in love with this thing immediately out of the box. It’s really beautiful although the brushed aluminum front actually appears more of a dark grey in light, rather than black. The silver model is so gorgeous I almost wish I’d chosen it, but I have no other silver components. More importantly, sound quality: Superb. You know how some audiophiles claim they can hear detail they never heard before on the same old discs? Well in this case it’s 100% true. I’m using the coax digital out, as I compared that with the analog RCA outs and found that my old receiver’s DAC was a bit nicer sounding…
