I couldn’t be happier with this LG 12,000 BTU Smart Inverter Window Air Conditioner. It cools my room incredibly fast while staying surprisingly quiet, even on higher settings. The Dual Inverter technology really makes a difference, keeping the temperature consistent without constantly turning on and off. The smart features are a huge bonus. Being able to control the unit from my phone or with voice commands is extremely convenient, especially when I want the room cooled before I get home. Quiet, Cool, and Reliable

Nice, nice . . . Very Nice
It operates as expected and beyond. The idea that the compressor operates at different speeds is new to me, but a very nice feature and supposedly is going to save on electricity. The device was a bit heavier than I expected, but the Handiman I hired to install it for me

Whisper Quiet, energy efficient, it just works
Installs easy, you can either take it apart and slide the main components off, or stick it in the window as I did. App friendly, when it runs on low and energy saving mode, the inverter kicks in and stays quiet, like real quiet you dont even know its running. The control remote has a nice cradle to it. You get what you paid for, this one runs on medium and it will cool off a nice large room in 40 minutes on 93 weather and keep it there. Perfect for a living room. Be warned: its heavy, get help.

Outstanding air conditioner
Intelligent design, super quiet (quieter than the smaller 10000btu version) and very efficient. Packaging was the worst part but still sufficient. The slide in out installation method is very easy and I think it is a better method of securement than the smaller top down versions.
