HP LaserJet Pro convenience!
Easy to setup. I was printing 5 minutes after opening the box! Comes with toner cartridges (hope they last).

Prints quickly!
It was a little difficult to get it connected to the computer and finally had to connect with a USB cable. I like the way it prints quickly and the print quality is good. I haven’t used it much yet, but I think it is a good purchase.

I love this printer. I love toner over ink cuz there’s no smearing or ink running if it gets wet. Great investment.

I’m a graduate student so I use this printer all the time. Took a bit to set up and a bit annoying with the wifi sometimes + very expensive ink but it always looks fantastic.

HORRIBLE PRINTER
The first year and a half was great with this printer. Now, total nightmare. I have over 90% left in toner for all 4 colors and the color and black print is faded to the point I can barely read it. I had to drive an hour into work to finish my project for a deadline. I have tried everything to get this printer to print like it did when I bought it. Don’t even get me started on the horrible HP Smart App with the constant printer pin loop and HP’s website is completely useless all around. After paying $450 for this and another $300+ in toner, NONE of this should be happening. I refuse to spend…

Would not buy again.
It does not meet my expectations. It prints 5 bad pages to 1 document. Technical support says it has a bad driver. It will be returned.

Don’t buy and don’t buy here
Is Printer is the biggest piece of crap. I have returned two of them and the third one is now malfunctioning. On top of that when you call geek squad, they tell you they can help you and immediately try to connect you to in-home appointment for a fee. Why am I paying for a rewards program if they don’t try to fix the problem without paying more fees, I don’t know who the bigger ripoff is Best Buy or HP.
