Eye strain begone!
These definitely reduce eye strain significantly. I was skeptical at first if it would make that much of a difference but after hours of use in front of an LED monitor my eyes felt fine whereas before I’d be having a migraine coming on. They could be a tad more comfortable but otherwise they serve their purpose.

I’ve recently got this as a way to help with my eye strain since I most play video games late at night, honestly the strain has definitely decreased and it’s somewhat easier to fall asleep

Definitely reduced my eye strain, comfortable to wear. I am fairly light sensitive, and this helps me keep my eyes from getting exhausted while looking at a screen for long periods.
