I’ve had this machine for over a year now we use it almost everyday. There is a little more maintenance you have to keep up on than a normal washing machine. My husband is a blue collar and the machine has washed his clothes just fine although it’s not really meant for the heavy duty kind of grime he has on his clothes so he washes those at work. Other than that it’s super convenient easy to use and saves us a ton of space.

Not too happy as it is complex to handle.
So far I didn’t like anything. Too complex to use and do not dry well and crisp. Though I put detergent it doesn’t recognize.

Doesn’t dry clothes very well from the very beginning. 2 years later I fully regret buying them.

Not meant for families
This product went bad the day after it’s year warranty. While using, it left clothes wrinkled if the load was not extra small. We are a family of 6 and it is unrealistic to use this machine for a family. The tech mentioned it was meant for single individuals and small loads. I personally had to still use an additional machine (dryer) to keep loads going. My biggest ick was with the clothes being wrinkled, especially pants, when running a straight wash/dry cycle. Ultimately, it went out and we are replacing it with a side by side set from Samsung that is an updated model of our previous set…

Just getting to know the machine but so far we love it!

I’ve had it for about a month and it’s been great! We have a small (650sq ft) home so space optimization is a must and it fits perfectly where just a washer is supposed to go. It doesn’t heat up the house when drying which is a serious plus. Only downside has been that we need to be mindful of load sizes and you have to be there when it’s done so you can shake everything out since all of that humidity is trapped in there.
