Way too loud. Makes insane noise when making ice we had to return it and yes we did clean it often and take care of it

Great Ice Annoying Squealing sound
We liked the looks and the ice of this machine. However it started making a annoying squealing sound about once a day that lasts until we unplug it and then plug back after an hour or so. The ice is great, but this is a pain. We are past being able to return it cause we bought it at the outlet store so we are going to look into it with the manufacturer. Wish us luck.

Excellent ice maker
The bright white opal ice maker ultimate 2.0 makes ice quickly and cleanly. You might want to get a side tank (from Target or Amazon) or have the unit connected to a wall water hose to be able to have it make lots of ice without having to refill constantly...

Go ‘head and get it
Best ice maker. I do recommend getting reservoir tank so you’re not constantly filling the main tank.
-
Fast ice maker
Really enjoying this ice maker. Makes very good ’chewable’ ice. Fast production too.
-
Easy to clean
So easy to clean and drinking so much more water because of the ease and enjoyment of nugget ice! Happy I did not get the side tank, I didn’t want something else to clean and for a family of 3, I add water about every other day. Highly recommend!
