Great Clarity and Color
This is my 2nd Epson Projector that I have owned. My previous model was the Home Cinema 1060. This new one is a bit bulkier than my last one, throws a lot more heat. The laser lens is wonderful and the picture is superb. I’ve streamed live concerts and regular tv programs so far and this one offers up so much more. I am missing the pointer feature which is handy for presentations. This model does need more distance to get a large picture vs the 1060 so I will have to buy a stand or hang it off of the ceiling. I will do a follow up review when I get more use.

If your conference room is your back yard, get it
We got this to show movies on a ten foot screen in the back yard. We thought at first that the 4600 lumens of laser light would do well at sunset, but that just isn’t going to happen. After dusk had settled, the picture really popped. And once it was fully dark, it was better than a theater. Fantastic quality, no problems with focus, just wonderful experience, and very easy setup. The only shortcoming is the built in sound. Was disappointed that my sound bar would not plug in...had to use an amp with a stereo mini-jack for the first use, and will now get some good speakers for the old-school…

Better than expected
I’m impressed by the quality of this projector as I actually came in to buy a short throw Epson with more lumens. However, the image is crisp, absorbs natural light well to allow a good color concentration.

Best investment and it’s worth it.
One of the best projector I have purchased. I have setup 20+ feet away from the projection wall and picture quality is still clear. I have regular wall projecting from it. no special paint n still image is really clear.

Best in class
When it comes to image its the best for more than value. Having 3 LCD panels for colors and brightness creates versatility in applications and lighting environments over single chip DLP projectors. Is it possible to spend less and get more? No it is not, every projector has its limitations and if the manual zoom, focus and lens throw work for you, then this is the projector for you.
