Very disappointed
The printer quality was great from the outside. But when i took out all tape and foam i opened the printer and was ink on the print head and the rollers as well.. and when i turned on printer, the screen looked fine until i seen ink inside. It was a hassle cleaning it with cotton balls and alcohol.. and when i printed a test page the ink smudged the paper.. I’m very disappointed with the results inside printer, Please i want to exchange this printer into a newer version.
