Definitely better than your typical back rollers because they target areas in my back that ate had to work with unless through massage.

Spine chirps away!

Not a favorite
I think a 5 inch size would be better for me, and I’d like it a little squashier. It does make some difference on my back, tho. Delivery was just as fast as promised.
