Love the WiFi 7 speed and features
I’m really impressed with the speed I get with this router/modem. I have an Xfinity 2 GB connection and I typically get the full bandwidth as advertised. I’ve had Arris router/modem combo’s before so I am already familiar with the clunky interface it has. It was a bit smoother on this latest flagship product, and only took me about 10 minutes to have it up and running and configured with my usual wireless networks and reserved IP’s for things like my home NAS. The 10 GB port is used for the NAS connection and it works great. I would recommend this to any others who are looking for the best…

No Product Support
This is their flagship home product and it has zero product support. If you go to the Arris website, they have a dead link where it says “call us “. At this price point they should have some kind of dedicated support, especially when many of the service providers now give you their own modem and router for free. I do not recommend companies that don’t stand behind their product and make it very difficult for customers to reach them.

Good Router Bad App
Fair warning: The app that the company makes with the router is BooBooNastyCriminal.com. They should honestly be embarrassed considering a CompSci undergrad with ChatGPT could code a better app than the garbage that they’ve got going on. That being said, if you set it up with an ethernet cable the router is great. Connects to all the bands 2.4hZ, 5 & 6 etc. Initial set up was a mess because of the mistake of using the app. They should really just take it off the app store at this point. FYI set up the router before connecting the coaxial cable.
