Incorrect iPad Storage Capacity Received – Order
On March 17, 2025, I ordered an Apple Certified Refurbished 13-inch iPad Air with the M2 chip, Wi-Fi, 256GB in Purple (Order Number: BBY01-807041904432) as a birthday gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, after giving it to her, we discovered that the iPad only has 128GB of storage, not the 256GB we ordered. Asking her to return her birthday present right after the excitement of opening it was incredibly disappointing for all of us. If this was an error, it’s a significant one. Given Best Buy’s reputation for reliability and quality control, we expected better. We’re also concerned about how…
