I have had the absolute worst experience ever with you all with this purchase. You guys gave me a malfunctioning device and will refuse to do anything about it and give me my money back. I will never strip foot or purchase one single item from your store again. The amount of time that i have wasted dealing with this situation is absolutely absurd! I am appalled that no one seems to care or know how to handle this situation. Therefore I have contacted my bank and they will be reaching out to you all to get my money back.

Don’t Waste Your Money
I bought this on 4/10/25 for my four year old autistic son to use for an augmentative and alternative communication device. We were able to get my son’s speech therapist to show us how to move his profile on touchchat from the old iPad to this one on 5/12/25. It stopped charging a day later. I tried to take it to the Geek Squad today and they could not help me but told me to call customer service. Customer service told me since it’s been more than 15 days since my order, I’m out of luck. I’ve found other reviews with similar concerns. Clearly Best Buy has a tendency to sell bad products…
