Smart touch
This arrived virtually indistinguishable from a new product. Use is with a 2020 4th gen ipad to follow up on school work. Love it.

iPad 12.9
The screen shattered and could not be fixed. Best Buy sold me a e Refurbished IPad. It works great.

IPad
was purchased as a gift, she loved it and hasn’t stop telling me all that it can do.

Terrible experience
I received just the case for the iPad and not the keyboard. When I tried returning it for a refund or exchange the store manager said that I will have to mail it back even though I had a barcode that said to bring the item to the closest store location for an exchange or refund. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift but my fiancé ended up seeing it and the surprise was ruined. Needless to say this was a disappointing experience.

Wrong size
The wrong size was listed on the website or sent to me, so I could not use it.

I love BestBuy
Excellent purchase has nothing to improve. Buying at BestBuy is always an incredible experience.

Apple iPad
Amazing resolution and speed. So portable ! Cellular addition is icing on the cake ! For most of us doing garden variety browsing and not really Geek stuff - this should suffice as a stand alone device !

Buy it
I love the way this pair. I only had to put it on my IPad Pro and instantly paired. It doesn’t have a volume button like my last keyboard but that doesn’t matter. I love how the keys are made no getting worn out because they’re attached on like a sheet. Very well made.

Good upgrade
Great way to get laptop feel from your iPad. Just wish it had the ability to fold over like the folio.
