I traded in same model that had paltry 64GB storage and decided on same model extra storage so I could reuse the case etc. The trade in value helped put replacement cost in my budget. No screen or case scuffs/scratches I found but YMMV. Also got some Apple services offers e.g. Music and if you are eligible for all the offers are nice extras. So I did have issue with the actual pickup - the small terminal at the counter I had to sign had the issue. Had to move twice till found one the BestBuy team person got working (the people I dealt…
