Refrigerator works fine. However, it is laud with a hum that is annoying. I would have given a much higher rating except for the hum.

Overall great buy
I love this refrigerator. The purpose for me buying it was because I wanted to be able to see what was in my freezer. Unlike the standard refrigerator, this fridge gives you much space and is well lit for me to be able see what’s in the entire refrigerator and freezer. Very pleased with purchase. The only downfall about this purchase is that it took 5 months for me to receive it....wasn’t pleased about that!!!

Extremely loud
This refrigerator looks nice and it was appealing to us that it doesn’t have water lines or an ice maker which allows for more space inside the unit, but it is so loud. It was loud upon installation. We’ve had it for 11 months and the noise is almost distracting. I should have exchanged it.

Piece Of Snit
Absolute nightmare dealing with Best Buy. Numerous Days on Hold for one hour average. Then after they finally answer? They hang up on me. 4 visits for a fridge that does not get cold. Freezer works..... Ruined food and ruined reputation of Best Buy as far as I am concerned. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! Reminds me of dealing with SEARS. Foreign call center. Script ” so sorry you are experiencing this” Platitudes and not much help.
