Do NOT buy j5create ANYTHING
Absolutely terrible, bought two, both stopped working. ”one year warranty” but they did not honor it because I bought it at best buy. I’ve had various of their products, all stop working

Perfect For What It Is
My wife needed a simple dock to use her laptop at her office with multiple monitors. She was able to ”plug and play” without a call to me. Worked great, right out of the box. (I knew it would be good to go because I already own one that I keep in my computer bag - just in case...)

Solved the problem
I like this mini-dock device because it does not take up a lot of space on my desk or when traveling with it. When providing Telehealth I plug an ethernet cable directly into the mini dock and at the same time I can plug my flash drive into it which I could not do before with the laptop.

Triple Monitor
Seems to be working, is what I expected, no unpleasant surprises.

Solid
It’s solid and gets the job done. Easy to set up and use right out of the box. Light weight just wish it had rubber feet or something to stop it from slipping.

Good Dock but has a few issues
I’ve been using this dock for a few weeks and it does everything I want it to do except one thing. It does not have an audio connection. This purchase was made knowing that this docking station did not have an audio connection however I didn’t realize what a pain that would be until later. One other issue I’ve had is that the docking station gets quite hot, enough so to be uncomfortable to the touch.

Mini dock
Works great for my home office setup. Makes working on my laptop a lot easier. Have it paired with a wireless keyboard and dual monitor setup
